DIY Mojito & Ceviche

2 hrs

Mojito and ceviche are a match made in tropical heaven! Make your own, both from scratch using the freshest local ingredients overlooking our amazing sunset beach view. Check in our HOOK’D restaurant 10 minutes prior. From there, you’ll be guided to our oceanfront deck for your DIY mojito experience. In it, you’ll become your own bartender, guided by our in-house mixologist, who will give a masterclass on flavor and teach various techniques using different fruits and premium rums. Our Chef will teach you how to make the perfect ceviche, just add your own twist to it using our fresh ingredients. Here’s what’s included:

Taste of Loiza

2.5 hrs

Learn how to BOMBA! Bomba is an Afro-Puerto Rican dance born in Loiza, full of flavor and energy, just like our yummy food. After a fun dance lesson, enjoy a tasting of Loiza’s traditional food with some elevated twists. Make sure to check in 10 minutes prior to your appointment time at HOOK’D restaurant, where you’ll be guided to our oceanfront deck. Guests will first enjoy a group workshop with local professional bomba musicians and dancers, followed by an assortment of homemade traditional Piñones fritters, local fish stew and coconut inspired dishes.
